Job Summary

The Salvation Army USA Western Territory is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Center Support Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Center of Hope program, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our guests and staff, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for all.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with new guest intakes and case management
  • Oversee inventory supplies for the Center
  • Ensure that guest list is accurate and complete
  • Permit only controlled access to the Center
  • Compile and reconcile month end statistics reports

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Ability to speak and write the English language
  • Computer experience in Windows environment (Microsoft Office)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
