Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in a non-profit or social services setting.
  • Proven track record of success in team management, coaching, and development.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
