Center Support Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Center Support Lead to join our team at The Salvation Army Northwest Division. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the daily activities of the Center Support team, ensuring seamless operations and excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve team performance, productivity, and morale.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and achieve shared goals.
- Provide guidance, support, and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in a non-profit or social services setting.
- Proven track record of success in team management, coaching, and development.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
