Senior Vice President of Business Banking Opportunity

Think Bank is seeking an experienced leader to join our team as Senior Vice President of Business Banking. As a key member of our leadership team, you will contribute to the success and growth of our Business Banking portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with organizational leaders to set the bank's strategic direction.
  • Lead the Business Banking function, ensuring teams have the resources needed to achieve strategic initiatives.
  • Champion and cultivate strong integration of Think's products and services to carry out Think's mission and positively impact the financial wellbeing of Think's customers.
  • Develop and maintain a customer-oriented team of Business Advisors focused on providing financial care to business customers through the thoughtful recommendation of appropriate products and services.
  • Encourage and motivate employees to deliver an outstanding customer experience while maintaining focus and energy to achieve Think's strategic goals.
  • Participate in local business community events and develop relationships to maintain a strong community presence while representing Think.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field.
  • 10 years of experience in commercial/business banking.
  • 5 years' experience managing business banking managers and/or teams preferred.
