Position Overview:
The Financial Systems Analyst will be integral in enhancing our financial operations. This role is essential for the advancement of finance transformation initiatives in collaboration with the Business Technology Enterprise Applications team.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assess business workflows and devise enhancements focusing on maximizing the use of Adaptive Planning.
2. Collaborate closely with the Finance department to comprehend functional requirements and execute successful implementations and testing.
3. Analyze, prepare, and summarize recommendations for financial strategies, acquisition activities, and future operational forecasts.
4. Oversee transformational projects from inception to completion, ensuring all aspects of design, development, testing, and deployment are aligned for an optimal user experience.
5. Provide expert guidance to Finance team members and stakeholders on the utilization of financial systems.
6. Conduct technical analyses to evaluate current and future financial performance.
7. Advise Finance leadership on best practices and industry standards related to Adaptive modeling and reporting.
8. Undertake ad-hoc financial analyses and report development projects.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience with financial planning systems, especially in Workday Adaptive Planning, Anaplan, Oracle Hyperion, or similar platforms.
- Proficient in maintaining and supporting complex planning and consolidation models.
- Strong skills in Excel and Google Sheets.

Additional Skills:
- Comprehensive understanding of data integration between systems and experience working with IT.
- Knowledge of ERP and Financial Planning software, with the ability to serve as a Subject Matter Expert on Financial Systems.
- Solid grasp of Finance, Payroll, and HR business processes and their interconnections.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into actionable Adaptive models.

Compensation:
The annual base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Compensation may vary based on work location, experience, skills, job responsibilities, and business needs.

Base Pay Range:
$108,600 USD - $162,800 USD
