Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join our innovative Construction team at Mathy Construction Company. This full-time position involves maintenance of company equipment and machinery, with travel required in the regional area of Wisconsin Rapids, WI.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze malfunctions and repair equipment
• Maintain asphalt and aggregate equipment

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have a valid driver's license, CDL preferred
• Experience in all phases of heavy construction equipment repair preferred
• Physically fit to perform job functions, including standing, squatting, bending, lifting, and walking for long durations
• Able to communicate effectively and listen to direction
• Willingness to be a team player and help train less experienced employees

Benefits

Starting wage $28-40/hour + overtime depending on experience. Competitive benefit and retirement program including health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance. Paid time off and holidays available.
