Our firm manages individual investment accounts with discretion, primarily focusing on the Mexican and local markets.
We collaborate with a range of custodians from the United States, Mexico, and Switzerland.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operations of investment portfolios across multiple custodians in various jurisdictions.
- Conduct and supervise portfolio rebalancing for international multi-currency accounts, which includes the periodic buying or selling of assets to maintain the desired asset allocation.
- Monitor margin accounts effectively.
- Prepare trade error reports in instances of trading discrepancies, address customer complaints, and complete necessary documentation.
- Manage relationships with a focus on operational interactions with institutional international counterparties, including facilitating trading for the firm and its clients while ensuring effective communication regarding investment accounts.
Essential Qualifications:
- Possession of SERIES 65 CERTIFICATION, Uniform Investment Adviser Law Exam
- Proficiency in Spanish is preferred
- A minimum of three years of experience in operations related to portfolio rebalancing
- Bachelor's degree is required; degrees in finance or related fields are advantageous
- Strong skills in Bloomberg
- Interest in investing, finance, and economics
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to learn swiftly and solve problems independently
- Good intuition for assessing ambiguous situations with limited information
