Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze the seating chart and reservation logs daily to optimize guest seating
  • Manage guest seating and monitor wait times effectively
  • Ensure cleanliness and proper arrangement of dining and service areas
  • Engage with guests to assess satisfaction levels, address any concerns, and express gratitude upon their departure
  • Handle incoming calls for the restaurant during operational hours
Required Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
  • Ability to maintain high energy levels in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple responsibilities
  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with guests and team members
  • No formal education requirements such as a high school diploma or GED
Physical Demands
  • Capability to remain standing for the duration of the shift
  • Ability to navigate between tables and around obstacles
  • Capacity to lift and carry items weighing up to 35 pounds
Work Schedule

Availability for day shifts, evening shifts, holidays, and weekends as required.
