As a Chophouse Host, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a seamless dining experience, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and greet guests, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere
  • Escort guests to tables, ensuring even distribution and efficient operation of the dining room
  • Communicate with servers, providing table numbers and guest counts
  • Clean and display menus, ensuring a professional appearance
  • Assist wait staff and bus staff as needed, maintaining a positive and supportive team environment
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds, unassisted on occasion
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
  • Passion for people and travel
  • Willingness to work weekends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Past experience in hotels and customer service a plus
