Job Title: Corporate Business Development Manager

This is a dynamic role that requires a strategic thinker to drive revenue growth and maximize ROI for franchise owners through targeted sales initiatives and lead generation efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute brand-specific sales strategies to boost accepted bids and ROI for franchise owners.
  • Generate leads through cold calling and outreach, particularly with homebuilders, and ensure smooth lead-to-sale conversions.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and engage in networking activities to expand market reach and drive growth.
  • Own the sales process for lead generation, providing regular updates and strategic recommendations.
  • Act as the liaison to facilitate lead transfer to franchise owners, addressing challenges and ensuring efficient sales processes.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of five (5) or more years' experience in sales strategy, lead generation, or business development, preferably within a franchise or home services industry.
  • Strong track record of achieving ROI-driven sales targets and metrics, with a focus on revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with franchise owners, potential clients, and industry partners.
  • Proficiency in sales prospecting techniques, including cold calling, networking, and client engagement.
  • Ability to work independently with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.
  • Experience collaborating with analysts or finance teams to understand bid costs and optimize pricing strategies.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Comfort and experience with frequent phone communication and outreach to potential clients.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools to manage leads and report on sales performance.
