Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP), and the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA).
  • Experience working with regulatory bodies such as the Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS), United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), and the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Food Science, Microbiology, Biology, Chemistry, or Engineering.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
