AccorHotel is seeking a highly skilled Stewarding Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for supervising and directing utility stewards and dishwashers to ensure the smooth operation of our kitchen and dining areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and direct team members to transport and clean cooking utensils and service ware
  • Ensure the day-to-day operations of the Stewarding department are conducted in an effective and efficient manner
  • Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly, service-oriented manner
  • Comply with Fairmont standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations
  • Maintain neatness, cleanliness, and order of all kitchens, back of the house areas, restaurants, bars, storage areas, employee dining room, compactor room, recycling areas, loading dock, and equipment
Requirements:
  • High school diploma required
  • Previous work experience in stewarding required
  • Hospitality experience preferred
  • Experience directly supervising employees preferred
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
