**Job Summary**

Medasource is seeking a highly skilled Medicaid Project Manager to oversee key activities and solution performance for Medicaid Network expansion. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of our healthcare initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Project Oversight**: Provide strategic guidance and oversight to ensure the successful execution of Medicaid Network expansion projects.
  • **Project Planning**: Develop and maintain project timelines and milestones, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • **Team Collaboration**: Coordinate efforts between cross-functional teams to ensure seamless workflow and effective communication.
  • **Progress Monitoring**: Regularly monitor project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks to ensure timely completion.
  • **Reporting**: Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
  • **Compliance**: Ensure adherence to relevant regulations and company policies, maintaining the highest standards of quality and integrity.

**Requirements:**

  • **Healthcare Experience**: Proven experience in Medicaid or healthcare-related projects, with a strong understanding of provider contracting and network development.
  • **Project Management Skills**: Excellent project management skills, with the ability to take ownership of projects and drive them forward with minimal direction.
  • **Technical Skills**: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting software, with the ability to format detailed reports, graphs, and tables.
  • **Analytical Skills**: Critical thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
