About the Role

Fusion Cell is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team as a Site Manager. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our site, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standard and that our clients receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Responsible for the overall management of projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Site Supervision: Oversees the daily operations of the site, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
  • Quality Control: Responsible for ensuring that all work is completed to the highest quality standards.
  • Safety and Security: Responsible for ensuring the safety and security of all personnel on site.
  • Training and Development: Responsible for providing training and development opportunities for site staff.
  • Subcontract Management: Responsible for managing subcontractors and ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standard.
  • Reporting and Administration: Responsible for preparing and submitting reports, as well as maintaining accurate records and administration.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the engineering or construction industry.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, construction management, or business administration.
  • Skills: Strong project management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Certifications: Possession of a valid US Secret Clearance and a current, valid US Passport.
Working Conditions

The Site Manager will be required to work primarily indoors, but may be required to work outdoors to support various events. The role may also require overtime and shift work, depending on contractual needs.
