Job Title: Client Experience Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and disciplined Client Experience Representative to join our team at Jon Renau Collection Inc. TS. As a key member of our customer service operations, you will be responsible for ensuring we maintain our industry-leading reputation.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch customer service to incoming queries, addressing client concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist clients in placing orders seamlessly, ensuring accurate and timely data management.
  • Keep clients informed about product availability, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Address end consumer questions with expertise, providing detailed information about our products and services.
  • Organize and schedule product education sessions, supporting Account Managers in keeping client information up-to-date.
  • Support Account Managers in maintaining accurate and timely client records, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Step in for Account Managers as needed, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry, maintaining a high level of data integrity and quality.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years in customer service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience in the beauty industry is a bonus, as is a cosmetology license.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong self-management and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to interact positively and productively with others, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus, with Spanish/English fluency being a desirable asset.
