Responsibilities

The Program Manager - Operations and Administration will be responsible for the following:
  • Managing administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Coordinating events, conferences, and meetings, including venue selection, catering, and logistics.
  • Ensuring that all operational aspects of the business are running smoothly, including facilities management, IT support, and supply chain management.
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Collaborating with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic plans.
  • Leading and managing a team of administrative staff to ensure that all tasks and responsibilities are completed efficiently and effectively.

Requirements

To be successful as a Program Manager - Operations and Administration, you will need to have the following skills and qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leadership, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Experience with event planning and coordination, including budgeting and logistics.
  • Knowledge of facilities management, IT support, and supply chain management principles and practices.
  • Ability to develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Location

This position is located in Meriden, Connecticut, and requires occasional travel to other locations within the state and region.
