Job Title: Mulesoft Software Engineer II

At Core & Main, we are seeking a highly skilled Mulesoft Software Engineer II to join our team. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and debugging applications to support our water, sewer, storm drain, and fire protection products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop technical solutions to meet business and functional requirements.
  • Implement and maintain tools and unit testing to ensure high-quality code.
  • Assist in the development and definition of test plans and scripts for performance, regression, and user acceptance testing.
  • Build and maintain templates, rules, style sheets, workflows, data extractions, and imports.
  • Analyze applications for compliance with security protocols.
  • Research defects and solve for root cause in applications.
Requirements:
  • Typically requires a BS/BA in a related discipline.
  • Generally, 3-5 years of experience in a related field; certification is required in some areas.
  • Certification is required in some areas.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of MuleSoft development experience.
  • 1-3 years of SQL (RDBMS) experience.
  • Experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (4.x).
  • Familiar with HTTP and APIs.
  • Experience with integration patterns (Sync/Async / Batch / PubSub, etc).
