KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is seeking a skilled Automation Quality Assurance Engineer II.
This role involves collaborating within an Agile Scrum team to design, implement, and document testing procedures aimed at uncovering defects in software applications. The position requires close cooperation with the development team to guarantee the delivery of superior quality products.
Daily tasks include participating in team meetings, evaluating test outcomes, and conducting regression testing to ensure software reliability.
PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS:
Selected candidates will be accountable for delivering high-quality software solutions through meticulous testing and adherence to established quality benchmarks.
FIRST DAY EXPERIENCE:
On your initial day, you will likely meet your team members, receive an overview of the tools and methodologies in use, and begin to familiarize yourself with the project requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- Proven experience in software quality assurance testing (mandatory)
- Proficient in test automation and industry-standard tools (mandatory)
- Skilled in scripting languages such as JavaScript and VBScript (mandatory)
- Familiarity with version control systems like SVN (mandatory)
- Advanced SQL skills for data retrieval from relational databases (mandatory)
- Previous roles may include Quality Analyst, Software Tester, Software Test Analyst, or Automation Test Analyst
Compensation is based on various factors including education, qualifications, experience, skills, seniority, and business needs. The pay range provided is an estimate and may be adjusted based on these factors.
Kforce offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as retirement plans and life insurance for eligible employees. Salaried employees receive paid time off, while hourly employees may be eligible for paid sick leave as required by law.

Compensation is not considered earned until it is vested and determinable. The availability of any compensation is at Kforce's discretion and may be modified in accordance with applicable laws.
