Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, provide intelligent recommendations, and ensure a positive guest experience.
  • Staff Management: Develop and supervise bar staff, including table service in the bar area, and create a culture of excellence and authentic hospitality.
  • Inventory Management: Conduct bar inventory, count and record stock, and effectively order products.
  • Financial Management: Manage prime costs, know the cost of goods of all beverages, and keep a waste log to track waste.
  • Revenue Growth: Build revenue through creative drinks, special programs for guests and staff, and consistent drink preparation.
Requirements:
  • Five years of equivalent experience in high-volume bars or five years in the hospitality industry.
  • TIPS Alcohol Certification or equivalent.
  • Food Service Manager Certification.
  • Love of people and conversation.
  • Leadership skills.
  • Bartender Certification, Beer and Wine Certifications, and Bourbon Certification are a plus.
