About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Installation Technician to join our team at Monar Air Conditioning, LLC. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining residential and commercial air conditioning systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and replace residential and commercial HVAC equipment, including air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless splits.
  • Perform maintenance and repairs on existing HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Work safely at heights and in tight working conditions, using extension and step ladders as needed.
  • Operate power and hand tools safely and efficiently.
  • Use safe lifting procedures and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Maintain accurate records and complete paperwork as required.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry best practices and new technologies.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in residential and commercial HVAC installation and maintenance.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • EPA Universal Certification and other relevant certifications.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy equipment and tools.
