Position SummaryThe Guest Services Supervisor plays a crucial role in managing the Front Desk operations, ensuring a seamless experience for guests throughout their stay. This position requires expertise in all brand standards related to check-in and check-out processes, as well as a comprehensive understanding of hotel operations. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about guest service and possesses strong multitasking abilities. Leading by example, this individual will provide guidance and support to the team.
Work ScheduleWe are looking for candidates with both part-time and full-time availability, including weekdays and weekends.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure all guests receive a warm welcome and are served efficiently, adhering to brand standards.
- Maintain an adequate supply of Front Desk materials to enhance guest service.
- Act as the primary management contact for guest inquiries and concerns.
- Ensure compliance with Front Office quality standards and consistent application of policies and procedures.
- Oversee financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to property guidelines.
- Manage sales operations throughout the day and night.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration with other departments to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Take ownership of the Front Desk operations, striving to exceed guest expectations.
- Inspire and lead the team effectively.
- Serve as Manager on Duty, supervising daily operations.
- Provide support in various areas as needed.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned.
- 1-2 years of experience in a hospitality environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Effective communication skills in a multilingual setting.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Proficient in computer accounting software, with strong mathematical and budget analysis skills.
- Thorough knowledge of hotel services and facilities.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills; ability to engage with community partners and internal teams.
