Role Overview

As a Senior Analyst for Capacity Planning, you will report directly to the Capacity Planning Manager. Your primary responsibility will be to develop, maintain, and validate capacity planning workbooks that assist the Customer Care and Experience (CC&E) organization in both short-term and long-term resource allocation. You will also play a key role in formulating and executing strategies aimed at enhancing resource modification solutions across the enterprise, focusing on staff utilization and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with CC&E Leaders and Managers to create and implement capacity planning workbooks, ensuring accurate workflows and headcount management.
  • Engage with Executive Leaders and their teams on capacity planning initiatives and resource modification strategies.
  • Deliver business insights related to staffing strategies, including cost-benefit analyses, and assist in implementing workforce optimization activities.
  • Analyze market data and current business trends to uncover revenue opportunities, improve processes, enhance staffing efficiencies, and reduce costs.
  • Maintain a comprehensive suite of reports to provide management and partners with accurate information for effective operational management.
  • Manage multiple tasks for various groups independently and reliably, even in time-sensitive situations.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency, executing change management initiatives while fostering collaboration in a matrix environment.
  • Exhibit strong analytical and organizational skills, demonstrating personal accountability and a passion for execution.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center environment.
  • At least 1 year of experience in forecasting is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience in developing staffing plans is required.
  • Strong understanding of Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) calculations and labor cost applications.
  • Demonstrated analytical expertise in contact center trends, with the ability to present findings regularly.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OLAP knowledge is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with effective time management capabilities.
  • Capacity to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
