  • Prepare audit schedules as requested by both internal and external auditors.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members as necessary.

  • Engage in ad hoc projects to assist with accounting research and other internal initiatives.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting.
  • Self-motivated with a keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles, internal controls, and SOX compliance.
  • Proven analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across different departments.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions for handling large datasets.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • CPA certification or actively pursuing CPA designation.
  • Experience in public accounting.
  • Familiarity with multi-legal entity environments.
  • Experience with large ERP systems; knowledge of Viewpoint software is a plus.
