Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the integrity of financial data utilized for reporting purposes.
  • Take ownership of the reporting process for critical financial metrics that inform operational decisions.
  • Offer comprehensive financial data assistance to essential stakeholders within the finance department.
  • Enhance and contribute to the establishment of an analytics framework, ensuring that financial dashboards are consistently updated with accurate and relevant information.
  • Deliver exceptional support during month-end closures, forecasting, planning cycles, and ad-hoc reporting requests.
  • Identify and analyze the implications of system-related issues.
  • Develop and maintain procedural documentation while safeguarding the accuracy of data within the company's financial systems.
  • Conduct working capital assessments and promote operational efficiencies through the analysis of key productivity and efficiency indicators.
  • Engage in software upgrades, including design, implementation, functional testing, and data validation to guarantee high-quality solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Information Systems.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Finance and/or Financial Systems.
  • In-depth understanding of accounting principles, financial planning, and reporting.
  • Familiarity with analytical and reporting tools is advantageous.
  • Self-motivated learner with strong problem-solving and time management capabilities.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities to foster mutual understanding of business requirements and collaborative solutions.
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively while adapting to changing circumstances.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
