Job Description

The Office Operations Coordinator will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This includes providing administrative support to our employees, managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records.

Requirements
  • High school diploma/GED required, Associates degree or administrative training is preferred
  • Previous experience as an Office Coordinator or in a similar position
  • Understanding of basic bookkeeping principles
  • Familiarity with standard office equipment such as printers and fax machines
  • Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
