Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Office Manager to join our team at Corium Ventures PLLC. The successful candidate will have a strong background in office management, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations, including supervising staff, coordinating projects, and maintaining records.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient office operations.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in office management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
Estimated Salary:$70,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience.
