At Medtronic, we're seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you'll play a vital role in providing technical, educational, clinical, and sales support to assist our Region in meeting Cardiac Ablation Solutions sales and customer service objectives.

As a Healthcare Specialist, you'll be responsible for leading with purpose, breaking down barriers to innovation in a more connected, compassionate world. You'll work closely with our team to provide exceptional support to our customers, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and expertise.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Providing technical assistance and troubleshooting during ablation procedures
  • Educating and training physicians, hospital personnel, and office staff on technical matters relating to AFS products and related procedures
  • Assisting in the education and training of new Clinical Specialists and Account Managers
  • Providing training and resources for hospital staff to enable them to conduct training for their personnel
  • Notifying Account Managers regarding issues or problems requiring follow-up
  • Serving as an effective Medtronic CAS representative to physicians and support staff regarding Medtronic CAS products, service, and support
  • Working in partnership with Account Managers to achieve and exceed goals

Requirements for this role include:

  • A High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of 8 years of work experience in the healthcare, engineering, or medical field
  • An Associate's Degree and a minimum of 6 years of work experience in the healthcare, engineering, or medical field
  • A Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 4 years of work experience in the healthcare, engineering, or medical field
