Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Conduct financial forecasting and modeling to guide decision-making and ensure sustainable growth.
  • Assess and manage the financial risks of the organization, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
  • Oversee the preparation of timely and accurate financial statements, presenting them to the board of directors and stakeholders.
  • Lead the budgeting process, monitoring performance against budgets and identifying areas for cost control and operational efficiency.
  • Manage the company's capital structure and optimize cash flow, overseeing investments and ensuring adequate liquidity for operations.
  • Build and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives, evaluating potential mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships from a financial perspective.
  • Ensure the integrity of financial controls and processes, staying updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in financial management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, reporting standards, and corporate finance principles.
  • Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
