Store Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail store operations and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of success in driving sales and profitability.

• Lead Store Operations: Oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and employee development.
• Drive Sales and Profitability: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability, including merchandising, pricing, and promotional activities.
• Manage Inventory: Ensure accurate and efficient inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stocking of merchandise.
• Lead and Develop Team Members: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates and department managers.
• Manage Store Budget: Oversee store budgeting and financial planning, including forecasting, budgeting, and expense management.
• Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Experience: 2+ years of retail management experience, including experience in sales, customer service, and inventory management.
• Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and other retail management software.

• Competitive Salary: $110,000 - $170,000 per year.
