Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Institutional Research Manager to lead our research efforts and provide expert guidance on data-driven decision-making. This role will oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of institutional data, ensuring its accuracy and reliability for strategic planning and evaluation purposes.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will have a Master's degree in Economics, Statistics, or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in research-related positions. Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills are essential for this position. You will collaborate closely with senior administrators, faculty, and other stakeholders to develop and implement data-driven strategies that enhance student success, academic programs, and institutional effectiveness.

Educational Requirements:
A Master's degree in Economics, Statistics, or a related field is required. Your expertise in statistical software (e.g., R, SPSS), database management systems (e.g., SQL), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) will enable you to analyze complex data sets and present findings effectively to various audiences. Additionally, you should be familiar with accreditation processes, budgeting, and financial aid management. A background investigation will also be conducted as part of the hiring process.
