**Job Title:** Chemical Formulation Specialist

**Work Environment:** On-site at the R&D Lab, Monday - Friday, 8am-4:30pm.
We offer a competitive salary, estimated around $65,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately weigh chemical components and blend fluids associated with ATF, Gear, Off-Road, and MTF chemistries.
- Conduct and schedule Analytical/Bench Testing.
- Maintain Critical Lab Equipment.
- Adhere to corporate safety standards.
**Requirements:
- High School Diploma with some college science courses and at least one year of working lab experience.
- Bachelors Degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related field preferred.
- At least one year of lab experience.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to work at a fast pace while maintaining attention to detail.
- Multi-tasking and project management skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be able to safely lift 40 lbs. on a routine basis.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience with chemical handling and wet chemistry.
- Data analysis and R&D experience.
