We are seeking a skilled Medical Laboratory Specialist to join our team at one of Virginia's most reputable healthcare systems. Our award-winning hospital offers a wide range of services, including heart and vascular care, neurosurgery, urology, oncology, spine care, and maternity services.

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified Medical Laboratory Specialist to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate will have an Associate's or Bachelor's degree from an accredited laboratory program and be certified as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT), Medical Technologist (MT), Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS), or possess other equivalent certifications.

The successful candidate will receive a highly competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, HSA and FSA options, life insurance, paid time off, sick leave, retirement plans, and education assistance. We also offer sign-on bonuses or relocation assistance to eligible applicants.
