Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Manager to join our team at Sam Packs Five Star Ford LTD. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading our service department and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the service department to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and sales growth.
  • Develop and implement service strategies to improve customer satisfaction, reduce costs, and increase sales.
  • Manage and motivate a team of service advisors and technicians to ensure that they are providing the highest level of service to our customers.
  • Monitor and analyze service department performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including sales and parts, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a service management role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and vendors.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
