Key Responsibilities:
  • 30% Brand: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and customer loyalty, ensuring all brand standards are met.
  • 30% People: Engage, train, and develop a team of associates to achieve positive results, leveraging internal hiring platforms and recruiting external candidates as needed.
  • 30% Operations: Ensure execution of all company processes, including inventory management, payroll hours, and store opening and closing procedures.
  • 10% Safety/Loss Prevention: Ensure a safe store environment for associates and customers, following all policies and procedures to protect company assets.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience
  • At least 1+ year(s) prior management experience
  • Ability to lead or support a team of associates to meet business objectives
  • Effective communication skills
