Sales Lead

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional client services, ensuring that every interaction is personalized and memorable.
- Assume the Manager on Duty role in the absence of management, overseeing store operations and ensuring seamless execution of tasks.
- Drive revenue growth by proactively managing the client experience and effectively performing Manager on Duty responsibilities.
- Utilize tools to maintain a client-focused team environment, promoting productivity and capturing client opportunities.
- Coach associates on client interactions and performance, maximizing productivity and driving sales.
- Perform opening and closing procedures, including opening and closing registries, checklists, bank deposits, and other essential tasks.
- Assume PIN and signature privileges for register functions requiring approval.
- Utilize reports to make effective merchandising decisions, styling the store in accordance with Division standards.
- Leverage tools to drive operational excellence through Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure optimal coverage and productivity in all areas of the store through scheduling and task management.
- Complete daily tasks to ensure the store runs smoothly and meets all ANN INC. standards and guidelines.
- Represent the brand by adhering to ANN INC.'s dress code guidelines and embodying the company's values.
Requirements:
- Client Service: Prioritize client satisfaction while balancing required tasks and store operations.
- Store Operations and Organization: Demonstrate ability to organize, delegate, prioritize assignments, and meet deadlines.
- Merchandising: Possess knowledge of visual standards and techniques, and ability to implement and maintain with ANN INC.'s guidelines.
- Accuracy: Handle cash and provide change without error, and prepare nightly deposits as necessary.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with clients, management, business partners, and store associates.
- Schedule: Work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including evening and weekend shifts.
- Physical: Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds occasionally, and maneuver effectively around the sales floor, stock room, and office.
Educational Requirements and Experience:
- Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum six months Sales Associate experience with ANN INC. or equivalent experience with another retailer in a position of sales associate or higher.
- Part-time or full-time managerial experience preferred.
