Family Partnership Manager

KVC Health Systems seeks a highly motivated Licensing Specialist to join our team in Scottsbluff, NE. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing assessments, credentialing, and licensing for foster parents and Extended Family Homes (EFH).
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field and two years of home assessment and licensing experience. You'll work closely with recruiters, TIPS-MAPP/DT leaders, PA staff, and DD staff to assess potential foster families and EFH's. Your responsibilities will include evaluating qualifications, ensuring compliance with KVC and DHHS standards, overseeing licensing renewals, maintaining records, tracking progress, and supporting ongoing recruitment efforts.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate qualifications for fostering individuals with developmental disabilities and ensure compliance with KVC and DHHS standards
- Manage transfer inquiries and ensure compliance with DHHS standards
- Handle DHHS and KVC credentialing/licensing paperwork for initial and renewal processes
- Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field; Bachelor's in Social Work preferred
- Two years of home assessment and licensing experience preferred
- Valid Auto Insurance, Valid Drivers License, and at least 21 years old required
- Competitive salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year
