Job Title: Childcare Support Worker
">The Community Action Partnership of Lancaster and Saunders Counties is looking for a dedicated Childcare Support Worker to join our team. - Conduct regular home visits to assess children's health, safety, and nutritional needs, providing guidance and support to parents.">
- Develop and implement personalized learning plans for each child, incorporating assessments and observations to ensure optimal growth.">
- Collaborate with families to identify and leverage community resources, promoting a stimulating and safe environment for children.">
- Document and track children's developmental progress, facilitating timely interventions when necessary.">
- Support pregnant women in preparing for the arrival of their infant, offering essential guidance and resources.">
- Create engaging lesson plans tailored to the unique needs of each child or pregnant woman on your caseload.">
- Foster strong relationships with families, building trust and open communication.">

- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Human Services, or a related field preferred.">
- Home Visitor Child Development Associate credential or equivalent coursework required.">
- Bilingual in Spanish a plus.">
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.">
- A valid Nebraska driver's license and good driving record necessary.">
- Sensitivity to the challenges faced by low-income families and knowledge of local community resources.">
- Ability to problem-solve, handle crises, and work with families from various cultural backgrounds.">

- Hourly salary range: $16.47-$18.27, depending on qualifications.">
