The Community Action Partnership of Lancaster and Saunders Counties seeks a skilled Early Childhood Development Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in providing comprehensive early childhood education and family support services to pregnant women, infants, and toddlers, as well as their families.   • Develop and implement personalized learning plans for each child, incorporating assessments and observations to ensure optimal growth.">
  • Conduct regular home visits to monitor children's health, safety, and nutritional needs, providing guidance and support to parents.">
  • Collaborate with families to identify and leverage community resources, promoting a stimulating and safe environment for children.">
  • Document and track children's developmental progress, facilitating timely interventions when necessary.">
  • Support pregnant women in preparing for the arrival of their infant, offering essential guidance and resources.">
  • Create engaging lesson plans tailored to the unique needs of each child or pregnant woman on your caseload.">
  • Foster strong relationships with families, building trust and open communication.">

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Human Services, or a related field preferred.">
  • Home Visitor Child Development Associate credential or equivalent coursework required.">
  • Bilingual in Spanish a plus.">
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.">
  • A valid Nebraska driver's license and good driving record necessary.">
  • Sensitivity to the challenges faced by low-income families and knowledge of local community resources.">
  • Ability to problem-solve, handle crises, and work with families from various cultural backgrounds.">
