Job Overview

Arvo Solar Franchising LLC is expanding and is in search of a Project Coordinator.

  • Ideal candidates will possess experience in the solar sector.
  • This position offers the flexibility of 50-60% remote work.
  • The role involves managing the customer journey from initial site survey calls through to design, engineering, permitting, and final approval.
  • Successful candidates will have a robust understanding of working with authorities having jurisdiction (AHJs) and building departments, as well as creating bills of materials (BOMs) for each project while effectively tracking activities within HubSpot.
  • The candidate should be driven by a commitment to problem-solving and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Compensation ranges from $42,000 to $55,000 annually, depending on experience, along with benefits including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans after a specified period.

The Project Coordinator plays a crucial role within the business operations team, overseeing and enhancing the customer relationship from the closure of sales to project completion. This position encompasses:

  • Administrative duties
  • Client communication and permit submissions
  • Leading both On-Shore and Off-Shore Project Coordinators
  • Customer service initiatives

  • – Familiarity with standard office equipment and administrative systems such as HubSpot.

Essential Skills and Experience:

· Minimum of 2 years of experience in solar field operations.

· Familiarity with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and relevant codes and standards for plan verification.

· NABCEP Certification is preferred.

· Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills.

· High proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project, and/or other project management software.

· Experience with HubSpot and Dropbox is advantageous.

This role involves supporting customers across the nation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • – Initiate and maintain proactive communication with customers from sales closure to project completion.
  • – Manage proactive phone and email communications with clients, documenting project statuses.
  • – Maintain client profile information in HubSpot and Dropbox.
  • – Document all correspondence with clients and related activities.
  • – Assist in documenting new features and functions related to system enhancements.
  • – Support the management of tasks related to project processes, including interconnection applications, tracking, updates, and rebates.
  • – Help manage the homeowner portal and follow up with clients regarding project updates.
  • – Assist with basic troubleshooting, documentation, and testing of customer portals, reports, and views.
  • – Support customer account setup and verification processes.

Preferred Profile:

  • – Previous experience in Project Management within the residential solar sector.
  • – Strong commitment to proactive customer service.
  • – Familiarity with technology including Google Products, Windows operating systems, and Salesforce CRM.
