**Job Title:** Speech Language Pathologist

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant Therapy Group. This full-time position will be based in the Back Bay area of Massachusetts and will involve providing speech and language services to students with communication disorders.

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year (dependent on experience)

Job Details
  • This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
  • The caseload for this role will be discussed during the interview process.
  • This position requires onsite work during the school year.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A valid Massachusetts State SLP License is required, and a Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent is also required.
  • Prior school-based experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct evaluations and assessments to diagnose communication disorders.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and assessments.
  • Provide speech and language therapy to students in both individual and group settings.
  • Collaborate with other professionals, such as teachers and parents, to ensure the best possible outcomes for students.
  • Maintain accurate records of evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions.
  • Attend meetings and provide reports on student progress.
