Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments and provide treatment to children between birth and three years old who require specialized therapy.
  • Offer expertise to clients and staff through individual and group sessions.
  • Administer client testing activities, interpret results, and prepare written reports.
  • Provide direct child developmental support, family guidance, and home teaching services.
  • Assist with case management for clients in home, program, and community settings.
Requirements
  • Master's degree required; certification of clinical competence (C.C.C.) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association, and licensure by the Massachusetts Board of Allied Health Professions, or completion of a clinical fellowship year prior to C.C.C. grant.
  • Expectation to become a Certified Early Intervention Specialist (CEIS) within three years of hire.
  • Minimum two years of experience working with young children; pediatric feeding experience and infant experience required.
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred; access to reliable transportation necessary for off-site appointments.

  • A competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
  • Paid Time Off: two weeks' vacation per year (three weeks after one year of service), 12 sick days per year, and 11 paid holidays per year.
