Multilingual Speech Language Pathologist Opportunity in Boston

Boston Speech Therapy is a woman and speech therapist-owned company currently seeking a Bilingual Portuguese Speaking SLP to perform cognitive and academic testing on students.
About the RoleThis position involves conducting comprehensive evaluations and assessments for Portuguese-speaking students, administering and interpreting psychological tests, and collaborating with parents, teachers, and other professionals in the evaluation process.
Responsibilities- Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to identify students' strengths and challenges
- Administer standardized psychological tests to assess cognitive and academic abilities
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized plans for student success
- Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field
- Licensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist
- Experience in conducting evaluations and assessments in an educational setting
- Bilingual fluency in Portuguese
- Strong knowledge of assessment tools and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
This is a 1099 position, PRN, flexible role with a competitive hourly rate of $80 per evaluation. This opportunity allows for a dynamic work schedule and the ability to make a positive impact on the lives of students in the Greater Boston area.
