Drodex, Inc. is seeking a talented Business Intelligence Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in supporting the Administration for Strategic Preparedness and Response (ASPR), a key entity within the United States Department of Health and Human Services focused on public health preparedness and emergency response. The selected candidate will play a vital role in the ASPR Data Team, which is dedicated to advancing data modernization initiatives within ASPR and HHS, ensuring effective all-hazards preparedness and response.

Position Overview
The Business Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of solutions utilizing the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. This position encompasses the entire development lifecycle, from assessing user requirements to testing and deploying solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and sustain automations, applications, and dashboards using Microsoft Power Platform for the ASPR Data Team.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret user requirements to create effective solutions, including reports, visualizations, and application functionalities.
  • Conduct thorough testing, including functional, integration, user acceptance, operational readiness, and system testing on developed solutions.
  • Provide programmatic support to enhance processes for project management and response initiatives.
  • Offer administrative assistance to the ASPR Data Team as required.
  • Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with web development technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
  • Basic understanding of database management.
  • Fundamental knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Clearance Requirement
Must be able to pass a public trust investigation (Tier 2).
