Patient Enrollment Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and launch effective integrated marketing campaigns to grow the company's image and presence in the communities we serve
* Manage a territory of referral sources to educate on the services we provide and who we serve
* Assist with and improve the enrollment process and experience
* Meet set metrics related to company growth and expansion
* Support external and internal communications efforts to enrich culture and experience for our staff and families we serve
Requirements:
* 2-5 years of experience working in a fast-paced marketing agency or in-house marketing department
* Ability to juggle multiple projects at a time while maintaining professionalism and high-quality written and oral communication skills
* Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Healthcare, or Communication with relevant experience
* Familiarity with CRM platforms such as FreshSales, Salesforce, or Hubspot
* Track record of being assertive, organized, and effective when interacting with referral sources and customers
* Compassionate and high EQ, with a strong desire to contribute to the company's traditional and non-traditional digital presence
* Self-motivated and willing to move up and grow with our ever-expanding company
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, always-changing environment, and willingness to do whatever is needed to achieve our company's mission
* Strong and fluent written and oral communication skills
* Must be able to pass MD/VA state and FBI background check in addition to a sex offender background check
