Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow administrator to join our team at Forhyre. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ServiceNow system support and implementation, as well as strong knowledge of CMDB management, Active Directory, and Discovery Tools.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Proactive operations and environment maintenance
  • Developing and configuring ad-hoc ServiceNow enhancements/configurations
  • Resolving issues quickly and providing proactive updates
  • Supporting the architecture of the platform and working with teams for implementation of tools and plugins
  • Defining KPIs for and monitoring CMDB data quality
  • Finding solutions from previous cases using the Knowledge Base
  • Ensuring ADO tickets are properly updated and asset management system is properly updated
  • Creating clear and concise technical and process documentation
  • Being proactive in taking ownership of tasks and managing them through completion and knowing when to ask for help
  • Flexibility to learn new technologies and quickly adapt

To be successful, you will need:

  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow
  • Strong knowledge of Office products
  • Strong understanding of CMDB management
  • Understanding of Active Directory
  • Understanding of Discovery Tools (Discovery and SCCM)
  • Understanding of ADO
  • Basic analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently but also in a team environment
  • College degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience with end user services, information technology or related field preferred
