We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our Recycling Division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your primary focus will be on ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of customer requests, including scheduling pickups, issuing containers, and coordinating transportation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You will be expected to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize projects, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Assistance: Provide top-notch service to customers in person, over the phone, and via email. Address inquiries, requests, and concerns related to recycling services, pricing, and procedures with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Order Processing: Manage orders for recycling services, including scheduling pickups, issuing containers, and coordinating transportation. Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer requests.
  • Billing and Payments: Handle billing inquiries, process payments, and reconcile accounts. Maintain accurate transaction records and ensure prompt processing of customer invoices.
  • Issue Resolution: Professionally address and resolve customer complaints. Investigate problems, escalate complex issues, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Support: Assist with sales inquiries and promotions by providing product information and pricing quotes. Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and expand our customer base.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Keep detailed records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions. Prepare reports on customer feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all customer interactions comply with company policies and quality standards. Strive to exceed customer expectations, fostering loyalty and retention.

Salary: $17.00 per hour
