Senior Technical Support Specialist

ProSearch Maine is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our accounting department and managing our technical systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Technical Support: Provide timely and effective technical support to end-users across departments, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues promptly.
- System Management: Analyze system capabilities, develop specifications for improvements, and manage system upgrades to ensure optimal performance.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for core applications, ensuring seamless adoption and usage.
- System Performance Tuning: Lead system performance tuning efforts to ensure effective data exchange between systems, maintaining optimal performance and availability.
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in technical support for Windows 7/10, Microsoft Office (2016+), and business applications.
- Skills: Experience with EDI and ERP systems (NetSuite preferred), background in Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and knowledge of programming, scripting, macros, and SQL.
- Certifications: A+ Certification required, MCSE preferred.
- Education: Bachelor's degree required.
$65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
