Job Overview

As a Level 2 Customer Support Specialist, you will provide direct support to store personnel and customers to ensure proper service levels are met. This role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service.

About the Role
This position requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail. You will work closely with internal teams, such as Finance, Legal, Sustainability, Commercial, Digital, and E-commerce, to address customer concerns. The ideal candidate will be able to analyze problems, gather data, and provide solutions to resolve issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide level 2 customer support and escalate complex issues to appropriate teams
- Support store personnel and customers through phone, email, or in-person interactions
- Analyze problems, gather data, and provide solutions to resolve issues
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to address customer concerns

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior call center experience a plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on location and experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
