Key Responsibilities
  • Drive local strategies and tactics surrounding the client experience.

This role requires working across the organization to develop business knowledge and cultivate one team partnership to collectively achieve results.

Managerial Responsibilities

  • Communicate enterprise decisions, purpose, and results, connecting to team strategy, priorities, and contributions.

  • Provide inspection, coaching, and feedback to motivate, differentiate, and improve performance.
  • Actively manage expenses and budgets in alignment with objectives, making sound financial decisions.
  • Assess talent and build bench strength for roles across the organization.
  • Deliver results by effectively prioritizing, inspecting, and delegating team work.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Series 7 and 66 licenses or ability to obtain within a specified period.
  • Supervisory licenses of an 8 (or 9 and 10 combined) or possesses Series 4, 24, and 53 licenses, or ability to obtain within a specified period.
  • 5+ years' experience in sales/bank operations and building, leading, managing, and coaching a team.
  • Enthusiastic self-starter with a strong work ethic and intense focus on results, acting in the best interest of the client.
  • Collaborates effectively to get things done, building and nurturing strong relationships with key partners/clients.
  • Displays passion, commitment, and drive to deliver an experience that improves clients' financial lives.
  • Confident in identifying solutions for clients based on their needs and can resolve problems independently or bring in others as needed.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms.
Estimated Salary

$120,000 - $180,000 per year
