  • Multi-Asset Solutions: Systematic, outcome-oriented, relative balanced, bespoke, and building block investments.

The Head of Marketing and Product plays a crucial role in shaping the company's vision and strategy. Reporting directly to the CEO, this individual will lead and manage the marketing and product teams globally.

Main Responsibilities

  • Deliver the Newton vision and blueprint, promoting and explaining it within the organization and with BNY Mellon.
  • Provide a unified message on strategic direction, investment objectives, plans, and performance.
  • Mobilize the organization to successfully deliver against its plans, ensuring due consideration of good customer outcomes.
  • Oversee global marketing activities, product development, and management.
  • Liaise between Newton and BNY Mellon product and marketing partners in EMEA, NA, and APAC, identifying and resolving issues, improving joint effectiveness, and setting common priorities.
  • Work closely with the CEO and Executive Management Team to shape and execute the overall business strategy, including product strategy.
  • Effectively manage relationships with key clients, regulatory agencies, and BNY Mellon stakeholders.
  • Act as the Consumer Duty Champion, supporting the Chair and CEO by embedding the Consumer Duty within Newton, discussing it across governance forums, and challenging the business to provide good customer outcomes.
