About the Role:

The Groundskeeper is a key member of our team, responsible for maintaining the property's curb appeal and ensuring a clean and safe environment for our residents and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Landscape Maintenance: Perform daily upkeep of the property's grounds, including cleaning and removing trash, pruning trees and shrubs, and planting and tending flower beds.
  • Snow Removal: Safely remove snow from sidewalks, steps, and between parked cars, and apply ice melt to public passageways to prevent ice buildup.
  • Apartment Prep: Perform routine construction and demolition tasks, remove abandoned furniture and personal items, and store or discard as directed.
  • Special Projects: Assist with pool seasonal maintenance, perform light duty carpentry and building maintenance, and clean laundry rooms and common facilities.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in apartment maintenance or related fields.
  • EPA certification for refrigerant recovery and recharging is a plus.
